2. On-Trail Medical Preparedness
- Certified Wilderness First Responders: Every trek is led by leaders certified in Wilderness First Aid (WFA) and CPR.
- Expedition First Aid Kits: Leaders carry trauma dressings, splints, burn care, blister kits, oximeters, and essential emergency medicines.
- Evacuation Routes: Primary and secondary evacuation descent trails are pre-mapped for every peak prior to departure.
3. Forest Department & Hospital Coordination
We maintain direct emergency contact channels with:
- Range Forest Officers (RFO) across Kudremukh, Subramanya, Coorg, and Chikmagalur divisions.
- Nearest Community Health Centres (CHC) and district tertiary hospitals (e.g. Belthangady, Karkala, Madikeri).
